Richard Minshall - Director

Richard Minshall is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Institute of Taxation.

He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1979 with an international firm, and then joined the Nottingham office of a national practice in 1980. He became a partner in 1983 until March 1995 when he left to establish Minshalls.

His expertise is wide ranging, gained from dealing with all matters experienced in approaching 30 years in general accounting practice. In addition to this general work, he is personally involved in the design and implementation of management reporting systems and financial strategies for many of his clients and provides advisory services to growing companies.

Helen Baldwin

Helen joined the firm in January 2009 as Senior Audit Manager, having had experience with major national and regional practices.

Pam Cording

Pam is our personal taxation manager and deals with all aspects of individuals’, Directors and partnership tax affairs.  She joined us in 2004 having spent some 20 years in national and local practices.

Paula Wright

Paula handles all payroll and PAYE matters, and is in charge of running our payroll bureau 

Jo Lomas

Jo Is our administration manager and deals will all such issues. Jo has been with us right from the start!

Margot Morley

Margot is Director of our Financial Services company. She has had many years of experience within the financial services sector and can offer a wealth of advice in all areas.
